When construction is complete (August, 2012), Mitchell Street Market Lofts will contain twenty-four, two- and three- bedroom apartments. The building will be a total of four stories in height, with a permanent year round farmers market on the ground floor and three stories of residential living. Free garage parking will be available, accessed off of South Muskego Avenue near the rear of the building.

On site services include a 2,000 square foot community room, an on-site manager, leasing office, and a fitness and business center.

Private balconies will be provided along with high quality interior finishes. Units are provided with range with hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, and mini blinds. Units will also include water, sewer, and garbage fees. Tenants are responsible gas heat and electricity. Flooring will be appropriate to room and include carpet, wood, vinyl and ceramic tile. The unit will be cable ready for residents, if this service is desired.

No pets are allowed. Rent is $560 or $660.
