As Vice President of Property Management, Lisa is responsible for the day to day operations of each individual property and making sure our customer, whether that be the residents, owners and/or prospects are treated with respect and given superb customer service. As Impact Seven continues to grow, Lisa will be responsible for the lease ups and meeting the owners goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Impact Seven, Lisa worked for several national developers in the affordable housing industry. She has over 30 years of experience and expertise in property management. She is at ease with investors, owners, shareholders, managers and her peers in the industry.
Lisa graduated in the Real Estate program from MATC and continued her education through Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), earning her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in 1993. She also holds her HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) and NCP (National Compliance Professional) for tax credit compliance and COS for subsidized housing and holds her CGPM (Certificate for Green Property Management). Lisa also holds a WI Real Estate Brokers license since 1983.
