Albert Skinner Villa, located on the northern side of town, consists of eight one- and two-bedroom apartments including kitchen, living room/dining room combination, and bathroom. Near the courthouse and Development Center, this building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, extra storage, indoor mail delivery, a laundry room, screened-in porch, on-site caretaker, and a service coordinator available to residents.
Coffee Lake Housing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., opened this building in 2005. Designated for persons living with a developmental disability, income eligible residents pay electricity and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage removal are paid by owner.
