Charles Rasmussen Villa consists of (10) 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments designated for persons with physical disabilities, including kitchen/dining room combination, living room, and bathroom (several with roll-in showers).  This building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, indoor mail delivery, a laundry room, patio, off-street parking, and a service coordinator available to residents.

A service coordinator is a social service staff person hired or contracted by the development’s owner or management company.  The coordinator is responsible for assuring that elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at risk, and those non-elderly residents with disabilities are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently.

St. George Housing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., opened this building in 2006.  Income eligible residents pay electricity and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income.  Heat, water, sewer, and trash removal are paid by the owner.
