Located just off Highway 12 on Menomonie’s north side, Warren Knowles Manor consists of 20 one-and two-bedroom apartments including kitchen/dining room combination, living room, and bathroom with a roll-in shower.  Designed for persons living with a physical disability, this building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities, a laundry room, off-street parking, and has a service coordinator available to residents.

A service coordinator is a social service staff person hired or contracted by the development’s owner or management company.  The coordinator is responsible for assuring that elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at risk, and those non-elderly residents with disabilities are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently.

Impact Housing Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., pays for heat, water, sewer, and trash removal. Income eligible residents pay electricity and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income.
