Service coordinators assist residents in identifying, locating and acquiring the services necessary for them to remain self-reliant and age in place in their own homes. Service coordinators provide assistance and access to community-based supports and resources for individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence.

Bay Springs Housing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., opened this building in 2004.
