On the southern side of Burlington is Wanda Frogg Villa, a 6-bedroom group home designated for persons living with mental disabilities. The Villa is ran by Homes for Independent Living and includes a private bedroom for each of the residents and a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. This building also includes 24-hour, seven days a week staffing; and a laundry room available for residents use.
Income-eligible residents pay 30% of their income for rent.
